Ann ran a small store and lived in the house on the dock until forced out in 1985

Closeup of Pier & Ocean Blvd.

In the late 1930's, around the time of printing, Thomas Patterson went to court against the City of Palm Beach to remove Ocean Blvd's egress onto their property. They lost, appealed and lost again.
